Outsource your corporate income tax return

The corporate income tax (vennootschapsbelasting, VPB) return for your BV (the Dutch private limited company), filed on time and properly substantiated. We watch the items that matter in a holding structure and request an extension where that makes sense.

What you can expect from us

  • One fixed monthly fee, excl. VAT - no additional billing afterwards
  • VAT, corporate income tax and filing all monitored
  • One dedicated contact with board-level experience
  • We arrange the switch with your current firm

Sorted in 3 steps

  1. You request the quote

You tell us what your BV looks like: holding or not, number of invoices, payslips. Within one working day you have a fixed monthly fee.

  2. We collect the administration

Agreed? Then we contact your current firm and arrange the handover. All you do is give your approval, nothing else.

  3. Your administration keeps running

From that moment on we monitor the returns and the filing. You always speak to the same finance professional and you know every month what you pay.

And when we say all-inclusive, we really do mean every single return

"A fixed fee", says every firm. Until the year-end work is done and an extra invoice for additional work turns up after all: extra hours, a quick question, a return that turned out to fall outside the agreement.

It can be done differently. We agree one amount per month in advance, excl. VAT, for everything your BV needs: the bookkeeping, the VAT (btw) returns, the corporate income tax, the annual accounts (jaarrekening) including filing with the Chamber of Commerce (KVK) and the payroll for the director-major shareholder (DGA). No additional billing, no hourly invoicing.

We do nothing but bookkeeping for BVs. You always speak to the same experienced finance professional - no rotating team and no call centre. We arrange the switch with your current firm, and you are not tied into anything long-term.

Why outsource your BV's corporate income tax return to a specialist

For many DGAs the corporate income tax return is one of the most labour-intensive obligations of the year. It ties in directly with your annual accounts, your holding structure and the level of your DGA salary. One wrong choice in the tax treatment can cost you unnecessary tax or lead to a discussion with the tax authority (Belastingdienst). Nummerix prepares your corporate income tax return as part of the full bookkeeping service for BVs, all-inclusive for a fixed monthly fee. Not a stand-alone service, but an integrated approach in which the return is right because the administration is right.

The corporate income tax return (also called the VPB return) is the annual tax return your BV has to file with the tax authority. In it you account for the taxable profit over the financial year. The return builds on the annual accounts, but follows its own tax rules that differ from the commercial figures in your bookkeeping. Think of investment allowance, the participation exemption within a holding, and the treatment of your own salary as a DGA. Those nuances are exactly where things can go wrong if the return is handled by someone without specialist BV knowledge.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

When does the corporate income tax return have to be filed at the latest?

The standard filing deadline for the corporate income tax return is five months after the end of the financial year. So for a BV with a financial year running until 31 December 2025, the deadline is 31 May 2026. The deadline can be extended through an extension scheme. As a Nummerix client you do not have to keep track of this date yourself; we monitor the deadline and file the return on time.

What is the difference between the commercial annual accounts and the corporate income tax return?

The annual accounts give a picture of your BV's financial position based on commercial accounting principles. The corporate income tax return calculates the taxable profit on which tax is paid. The two differ because the tax authority applies its own rules for, among other things, depreciation, investment allowance and the participation exemption. We take care of both and make sure they line up.

Can I outsource only the corporate income tax return, without the rest of the bookkeeping?

Nummerix prepares the corporate income tax return as part of the full bookkeeping for your BV. We do not offer a stand-alone return as a side job, because a correct return depends on a correctly maintained administration. Do you have your bookkeeping done elsewhere and want only the return and the annual accounts? Get in touch; we will discuss what is possible.

I currently work with another firm. How does switching work?

We arrange the handover completely. Once you agree to the quote, we contact your current firm and request the administration. You do not have to have any awkward conversations and you lose no data. The transition is usually completed within a few weeks.

What does outsourcing my corporate income tax return to Nummerix cost?

Nummerix works with a fixed monthly fee excl. VAT that is all-inclusive: bookkeeping, VAT returns, corporate income tax return, annual accounts, filing and payroll for the DGA. The exact amount depends on your BV structure and the size of the administration. Request a quote without obligation and you will know your rate within one working day.

My BV has a holding company and an operating company. Can you handle both entities?

Yes. Nummerix specialises in holding structures. We do the bookkeeping for both entities, prepare annual accounts for each and file a corporate income tax return per BV. We continuously monitor the interaction between the holding company and the operating company, including any intercompany settlements.
